This recipe was the best pizza dough recipe I’ve tried in over 30 years!!! Thank you so much. My Sicilian pie was sheer perfection with my homemade marinara sauce and it cooked perfectly in my oven at 500 degrees for 15min. THANK YOU!

i have made a couple of your bread recipes and the are very good, esp the rosemary and olive bread. I do not see them any more. I only see two of them, can you tell why?
Thank you,

Hi Luigi, it’s probably because you found it on my plant-based blog, i think you are referring to the focaccia bread, it’s still there: https://veggiesociety.com/easy-vegan-focaccia-bread-recipe/

Florentina, at one time you had several bread recipes on your website. One was made with olive oil and rosemary, another without the rosemary but same recipe. they are both gone and they were very good. It was not a Focaccia. Your story said you had discovered it by accident from some left over something.you had made. You said it made the best bread you ever tasted and it was. it was cooked on a sheet pan then transferred to a stone to finish. I did not copy the recipe and it is not on the site. I have been cooking and baking for years, and always looking to improve, esp bread. I love you cooking so if you can find the rosemary olive oil bread recipe I would love to have it. I am going to wing it this afternoon from what i remember.
Thank you for responding.
