It started with a coffee discussion, how did we get here? We have hit some major milestones in our developments and it gives me energy to work with Bert Van den Bogerd, PhD and Melanie Goss and all the team.

The wall of honour! I'm really happy to on this same wall as some of my cataract heros! I hope we can build this alumni group and create a strong bond and network. We all suffered through this difficult exam and SURVIVED!https://lnkd.in/dSNr_J2Y

We had the phenomenal honour to have Jod Mehta in Antwerp for the EEBA. He was presented with the highest award the society can offer, in honour of the great Niels Ehlers, and I can not think of a better candidate. Thank you for your wonderful lecture and inspiring the whole corneal chain - from donor, to banker, to surgeon, to patient. All the links matter.
