Productivity comes from meticulous organization and setting clear objectives for each day, always aligning with our broader educational goals.

I initiate by presenting the concept to a small, trusted group for initial feedback, then refine it based on their insights. Following this, broader consultations with stakeholders ensure the idea is robust and feasible. Implementation is structured, with regular check-ins to adjust and improve the process.

I step outside, literally. Disconnecting momentarily from the immediate source of stress offers me a new perspective and often, a solution to the problem at hand.

I took a leadership role in a project that didn’t align well with my expertise. The project faced significant challenges, and initially, I saw this as a personal failure. However, I learned the importance of resilience and adaptability, and that sometimes, stepping back and reevaluating your approach is not a failure but a strategic pivot towards success.
