Make sure that it has cooled down a bit. Then, place it in the fridge to cool completely. When you’re ready to enjoy a bowl, reheat your refrigerated soup in the microwave or on the stove. Some soups actually taste better the next day, so don’t let those extra servings go to waste! These Keto soup recipes make great leftovers for a quick lunch, snack, or to bring to the office.

Can you freeze homemade keto soup?

The soup actually freezes better than you might expect. Simply put your cooled soup in freezer bags or a freezer-safe glass or plastic container.
